I was a new customer to Bestway Tire because I needed 4 tires in a hurry and they had them in stock PLUS they had the best price of other quotes who couldn't get the tires for 6 days. When I arrived I was greeted politely. I waited to have the tires put on. While waiting in their showroom I observed some of the best customer service I have ever seen. There is no denying this looked like a well run family business but everyone got it right. Be kind. Be polite. Give honest service and quality products. Joe gave us the original quote but everyone there knows how to treat the customer. I returned to get the retorque done - I was greeted by name. Now that was impressive. Thank you Bestway.
Wow These guys are amazing,Vince and Andy,are very quality customer service guys treated me with excellent service and respect,I had a problem with my fuel pump in a Cheve Silverado 2015 LTZ I took it back to Westgate Chevolet we’re I bought the truck they could not figure out the problem and they are sopose to be qualified cheve technician charge me over 1100 and never found the issues took a couple of days at BESTWAY Tire and the problem was rectified I was always kept up with there progress and ,workmanship is above excellent,very nice and clean shop and costumer service area thanks Andy and Vince I will surely recommend BESTWAY TIRE for all you vehicle services .
